Can you cancel your order?

As per our terms and policies, all sales are final with no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds after the order has been accepted.

Where are your tickets?

Your order will often have a delivery delay date. This is located on your confirmation receipt email that you receive following the purchase of your tickets. Your tickets are guaranteed delivery before the day of the event.

Will your seats be next to each other?

YES! Some venues do state odd or even numbered seating for specific sections. But, don't worry, your tickets are guaranteed next to each other unless otherwise stated in the tickets notes AND on your order receipt.

Why are you experiencing multiple charges?

If you have experienced two or more charges on your bank statement, please be aware that they are Pre-Authorizations and only ONE will be a captured transaction. The rest will fall off from your bank statement in 3 to 5 business days. If you still have charges on your card AFTER the 6th business day, please give us a call.
